" Sargents' Point -Lake O'Hara:, oil painting, 10 x 8"This painting was begun in the pouring rain, but I couldn't finish it because it was just too darn cold. I went into my photos that I took while there and changed the lighting (ie: added some!). This is part of the view that was made famous by John Singer Sargent (http://jssgallery.org/Paintings/Lake_O'Hara.htm), so I just had to give it a go.
